From Francesca Todd, First VP, NY chapter reports

Our chapter mourns the death of Past President Casey Bush who died of cancer in December. A memorial service, arranged by Fran Todd, First Vice President was held at the UN Church of the Church Center on January 27, 2007 to celebrate Casey’s life. Vicky Gamaz, Casey’s secretary, acted as hostess. Eulogies were given by Lady Francesca Todd and Edward Irizarry. People came from many states as well as from Australia.

Casey was a gracious hostess to PPSEAWA chapters whose members came to New York for the UN luncheon and program. She loved her penthouse garden, her friends and animals. She founded the Millinery Head Gear Association. Many of the PPSEAWA members modeled at her televised millinery shows. She was a truly loyal friend.

She was pre-deceased by her husband of many years only six months ago. To honor Casey’s memory, many of our members modeled her hats at the millinery show at the Holiday luncheon in December. Casey was always fashionably attired. “Hats off to Casey!!”
