PPSEAWA Hawaii welcomed TERESA HINTZKE, Past President PPSEAWA International, by hosting an old fashioned AFTERNOON TEA at the Kahala Resort.
All members as well as special guests from Susannah Wesley Community Center, were invited to join in this joyful and elegant Affair.
Teresa’s visit was well planned in advance and brought our PPSEAWA spirit into full gear. Our Mahalo to the Board for this happy afternoon of PPSEAWA friendship. We are also grateful for our SWCC partners’ participation to show our mutual commitment to continue working together for the benefit of our community.
Right after this memorable event, however, everything changed: the Corona Virus made its entry into our beautiful island world! We all got shocked, and oh so isolated. Few phone calls, e-mails, some messaging have kept the communication between us open, showing our sense of sharing the mutual distress: MASKING is now the order of the day! Ke Wai Hou!
May we meet again very soon and continue with our PPSEAWA plans, work and hopes!
